Jacob Victory is currently President of Assistive Care State Programs at BAYADA Home Health Care. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Long Term Care at the Centene Corporation, one of the nation's largest health plans with almost 20 million members in 50 states. At Centene Jacob supported Centene's subsidiary health plan, Sunshine Health, a large Florida health plan that provides government contracted, children's and Exchange-based health insurance to over one million plan members. In addition, Jacob lead Sunshine Health's Long Term Supports and Services, Medicare, and Dual Eligible health plans and was responsible for over $2.1 billion in revenues generated to support Florida's most vulnerable and medically complex population. Jacob holds a BA in English Literature, with honors, from Rutgers University, and an MPA in Health Policy and Management from NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, where he is also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Health Policy and Management.
