Pete Cataldo (pictured above) ran the marathon for a.i.r. nyc in 2016 because he feels strongly that children in vulnerable communities should not suffer from asthma. And he would know. As a social worker in Queens, Pete experienced asthma's toll first hand when a student he had known for four years died because of an asthma attack.
Asthma can be controlled. Kids can live better lives. And you can help by becoming an a.i.r. nyc charity runner for the 2017 TCS New York City Marathon. Your fitness fundraising will help asthmatic kids in New York City stay healthy and stay in the game!
