Emily Sambolin joined AIRnyc in October 2026 as a Community Health Worker. In her role, she works closely with members to provide support, build trust, and help connect them with services that can improve their quality of life.

Prior to joining AIRnyc, Emily worked as a Direct Support Professional on a private pediatric account, providing individualized support to help a child achieve greater comfort, safety, and independence. She also has experience in healthcare support, including medical billing, enrollment, and client relations.

Her experiences supporting individuals and families inspired her to pursue community health work. She especially values being able to witness a member's journey and see the positive impact that support and resources can have over time.

Emily is fluent in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling, creating art, dancing, and exploring her passion for home décor and remodeling. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially watching movies together.
