Operations Manager

Mariana Cáceres, Operations Manager, joined AIRnyc in 2025, bringing over a decade of combined experience in operations, training development, systems implementation, and workflow optimization. She began her career in retail and quickly advanced from sales associate to management, eventually becoming a Super Trainer responsible for onboarding new teams, managing their development, and helping to open multiple stores for one of the world’s largest fashion retailers.

Mariana later transitioned into corporate operations, supporting billing, vendor relations, invoicing, and software implementations across multiple departments. She is known for creating clear, efficient processes that reduce administrative strain and build alignment between teams. She is passionate about removing unnecessary complexity from everyday workflows, allowing staff to focus their time and expertise on the work that matters most.

Mariana approaches operations with a people-first mindset. In addition to her professional background, she is bilingual in English and Spanish and is trained as a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner, which deepens her leadership style with emotional awareness and collaborative problem-solving.
